The problem we solve
Deep cleaning is the difference between a property your tenant signed for and a property your tenant moves into. The two are not the same — what's left after a normal weekly clean isn't move-in ready, and what's left after a move-out is rarely deposit-recoverable without a proper deep clean.
We do four things well: move-in cleans (before a new tenant), move-out cleans (end-of-tenancy with deposit recovery in mind), tenant-changeover cleans (the landlord's deep clean between tenancies), and post-construction cleans (after a fit-out or major works).
What we handle
Kitchen deep clean
Inside oven + hob + extractor hood, behind appliances where accessible, all cabinet interiors + fronts, sink and tap descaled, splashback, walls spot-cleaned.
Bathroom deep clean
Grout scrubbed and bleached, limescale removed from glass + fixtures, mirrors, toilet inside-and-out, drains flushed and treated, vent covers cleaned.
Living areas
Skirting boards, door frames, light fittings + bulbs, windows interior (and accessible exterior), balcony sweep + wash, AC vents wiped, all hard surfaces dusted and polished.
Bedrooms
Wardrobes interior + exterior, under-bed vacuum, headboard and frame wipe-down, light fittings, blinds dust + wipe, windows interior.
Floors
Tile / marble mop + steam clean as appropriate. Carpets vacuumed and spot-shampooed (full hot-water extraction available as an add-on). Wood floors hand-mopped with the correct cleaner for the finish.
White-goods exterior
Fridge exterior, dishwasher front, washing-machine front and drum, microwave inside and out. Interior fridge clean available as an add-on for move-out and tenant-changeover.
Waste removal
All cleaning waste removed at the end of the visit — no bags left at the front door, no debris in the bin chute. Tenant-changeover and post-construction cleans include separate skip arrangement if needed.

Walk-through + sign-off
We walk through the property with you (or send you a video tour if you're not on-site) before we leave. 24-hour re-clean policy: if anything in scope wasn't done to standard, we come back at no charge.
Dubai-specific notes
Dubai's high-rise stock has its own access logistics — freight-lift bookings, OA access cards, time-windowed delivery. We coordinate with the building's facility team so the crew shows up at a working access slot, not standing at security at 8am.
Dubai Municipality runs an approved cleaning-contractor list; being on it is a real trust signal for property managers and corporate clients. We hold the relevant Municipality permit (number in footer).

Per-bedroom: studio from AED 299, 1BR from AED 349, villa from AED 799. Fixed quote by WhatsApp — no on-site assessment for standard scopes. Add-ons (sofa, mattress, carpet, curtain) priced separately.
Regular cleaning is surface — vacuum, mop, wipe, dust. Deep cleaning gets behind, inside, and underneath: inside the oven, behind the fridge, grout scrubbed, limescale removed, wardrobe interiors, AC vents, light fittings. Deep clean is once or twice a year, or at every tenant changeover. Regular clean is weekly or fortnightly.
Studio: 2–3 hours with a 2-person crew. 1BR: 3–4 hours. 2BR: 4–5 hours. 3BR: 5–6 hours. Villas: 6–8 hours, sometimes spread over two days if the property hasn't been deep-cleaned in 12+ months.
Yes — we use eco-certified, low-VOC cleaning chemicals as standard. Specifically requested chemical-free or fragrance-free options available on request. Bathroom limescale removal sometimes requires acid-based product (the only thing that touches UAE hard-water limescale) — we ventilate properly and the residue rinses clean.
Yes — we bring everything: chemicals, microfibre cloths, steam cleaners, vacuums, mops, ladders, even a step-stool. You don't need to provide anything; you don't need to be home if we can collect keys.
Yes — most clients are. We work room-by-room so the property stays usable. For move-in / move-out cleans we'd rather you weren't (we work faster) but it's not required.
We have a 24-hour re-clean policy: if anything in the agreed scope wasn't done to standard, we come back within 24 hours at no charge. Out-of-scope additions (something you didn't book) are quoted before they're done.
Yes — separate from deep cleaning. Weekly / fortnightly maintenance cleans from AED 200/visit for a 1-2BR apartment. Book through the same WhatsApp number.
Yes — that's one of our most-booked scopes. Move-out cleans target the conditions a landlord typically claims deposit-deductions for: oven and hob interior, grout staining, limescale, wardrobe interiors, AC vents, balcony tile-grout, white-goods. We can also issue a written before/after photo report you can forward to the landlord with your deposit-refund request.
